ROTARY'S FOUR WAY TEST
"Of the things we think, say or do:

1. Is it the TRUTH?
2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?
3. Will it Build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?

McMinnville Rotary Meeting Summary

ANNUAL ROTARY PICNIC

The Annual Rotary Picnic was held at the home of Bob and Nancy Emrick.  Rotarians, their wives, and friends gathered on a beautifully warm summer evening to enjoy wine, steaks, entertainment, and good old-fashioned conversation.  It was the perfect ending to a long week, and enjoyed by all who attended.

Nancy and Bob Emrick were our gracious hosts for the evening.

Russ Rainwater pours ma glass of fine pinot for a thirsty guest.

Apples the Clown entertained the crowd with some fantastic balloon artistry

Bruce Dickson, Steve Larson, and host Bob Emrick take in the wonderful view to the east of the Emrick home.  Van and Glenda Keck are seated at right.

Russ contemplates the fine art of flipping steaks with a kitchen knife.

Jeff and Julia Sargent finally get to relax after Chairing the 2010 Wine & Art Auction.

Steve Battaglia and Carol Schieber chat on the back patio.

Bob and Nancy Emrick’s house provided the perfect backdrop for the picnic.

Rich Schieber offers a brief prayer of thanks before dinner is served.

Walt and Dawn Haight take a moment to pretend that this is actually their house.

Dinner is served!  Steaks, pasta, salad, rolls, and an excellent dessert accompanied some fine wines.

Lynda and Ross Phillippi share a happy moment after a long week.

Ray and “LV” VanBlaricom display the fine craftsmanship of Apples the Clown.

Beth Faylor sports more headgear from Apples the Clown.

Russ Rainwater announces the winners of the wine raffle.

Bob and Nancy’s back yard was the perfect locale for a great picnic.

"When meeting day comes around, I do not have to decide whether to attend or not, for that has already been decided for me . . .
it was one of the obligations I accepted when I joined Rotary." -- A Rotarian
