ROTARY'S FOUR WAY TEST
"Of the things we think, say or do:

1. Is it the TRUTH?
2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?
3. Will it Build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?"

Leslie Banke reminded members of the Winter Wonderland Dance Friday, December 19th—fundraiser for the YCAP Food Bank.

Darrick Price reminded members to give generously to Rotary and to Rotary International.

President Chuck asked for spare change for Pennies for Polio. He also announced that on January 9th, our next regularly scheduled meeting, Brent Adams will doll up as a Cheerleader and be available for photo ops with members. This is a result of the annual bet Brent has with Erin Stephenson, which he lost this year. Our member Johannes Goddik is recovering from a heart attack. His doctors think he’ll be back on the 9th, but warn him not to lift anything heavy. Mike McKenzie is home and feeling better, as well.

ANNUAL MEETING - ELECTION OF OFFICERS

President-Elect Jan Hartzell
read the proposed slate of officers for the coming year. They include Sheriff Jack Crabtree for Vice-President/President Nominee and the following members as Directors: Jeff Sargent, Richard Weed, Lee means, Elva Salinas-Garcia, Paul Elias and Brandon Malloy.  PE Jan then asked if there were any nominations from the floor. Hearing none, she asked for a motion to accept the slate of officers and it was so moved by John Larsen. Ray Fields seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.

MAIN EVENT

President Chuck then introduced our program, which was musical entertainment presented by Joshua and Bethany Humley, a talented brother-sister team who perform with the McMinnville High School Twilighters under the direction of Music Director Dana Libonatti. Joshua and Bethany played three songs: “Winter Wonderland”, “Oh come, oh come Emmanuel” and finally, “ I Want you Just the Way You Are.” At the conclusion of the presentation, Dana Libonatti signed a book and President Chuck presented him with a donation to the Twilighters.

CLOSING

After  President Chuck reminded the members that all expenditures require a vote by the board, we stood for the Four-Way Pledge and the meeting was adjourned. We will not meet again until January 9th .
